Debbie Frapp

I’ve been with Keller Williams Realty since 2004, starting as Team Leader for the Lubbock Market Center. I held that position for 7.5 years before transitioning to the role of General Manager for the West Texas Market Center. During that time, I also became a MAPS Leadership Coach. In 2011, I transitioned to a full-time coaching role, stepping away from the GM position to focus entirely on my true passion, coaching. Over the 14 years as a coach, I have achieved the following certifications and credentials:
