Most people know me as DeeDee—a fiery, purpose-driven REALTOR® with Keller Williams who leads with passion and heart. My background is in education, so coaching, mentoring, and encouraging others has always been second nature to me. I genuinely love helping people realize their full potential, and that’s what fuels everything I do in this industry.

As part of our KW Coaching Program, my mission is simple: to help agents build a business that truly reflects who they are, what they value, and where they want to go. I’m not just here to offer tips and strategies (though I have plenty of those!)—I’m here to walk with you, challenge you, and cheer you on through every high and low of your journey.

My love for coaching comes from personal experience. I’ve been the brand-new agent, the one learning to pivot, and the one building from the ground up. I know how tough it can be—and I also know how powerful it is when someone believes in you. That’s the kind of support I’m honored to give to others.
