I began my journey with Keller Williams Lubbock as the Director of First Impressions, where I had the privilege of being the welcoming face at the front desk. It didn’t take long for me to discover my passion for real estate, and that realization led me to make the leap into becoming a full-time agent—and I haven’t looked back since.

Today, I work alongside my husband, Gary, as part of the Stacey Rogers Real Estate Group, one of KW Lubbock’s top-producing teams. Together, we’ve built a business we’re incredibly proud of and have earned a reputation as a dynamic real estate duo known for our commitment, excellence, and results.

Having started my career from the ground up, I have a heart for new agents who are just getting started. I know firsthand what it’s like to learn the ropes, take bold steps, and chase big goals. That’s why I’m passionate about sharing the practical strategies, mindset shifts, and tools that helped me grow—so others can build their businesses with confidence, clarity, and consistency.
