Sheila Jordan

This is my second full year in real estate. My first year I was a dual career agent as a Spanish teacher. 

I love helping educate and serve others while guiding them through what can be a complex journey of buying, selling and investing in real estate. I love building great and meaningful friendships that outlast any real estate transaction.  

Because I’m only a little further down the road in my business, I still relate to what it feels like to be new and trying to get a business off the ground - that enables me to encourage agents who are working diligently to take their business to the next level. It gives me  joy in getting to know an agent personally and helping to guide them in discovering their own strengths. And then developing strategies that they can deploy to build their own business. 

My goal in coaching others is to encourage and challenge each person  to not be afraid to chase the success they want to achieve.
